This business planning workshop can be facilitated for any level of your business from the board, to key players, to a single work stream.
The programme is focused on any team within any business environment that needs to produce a plan for their area of responsibility. The team starts to work on where they are today, moves forward to where they want to be in a few years time and then develops using their own creativity and ideas to build a shared plan. This is normally between 3 to 6 pages in length of breakthrough actions that they will undertake to achieve the plan.
