Rob Biggin :

Rob has been in the business of selling and marketing of products and services for over 30 years.
He spent over 24 years at Hewlett Packard and was promoted through the sales and marketing ranks to become the UK category Managing Director for Healthcare Solutions. He then moved into a pan-European role as Director of Marketing for the Multi $Bn Services business.

In 2001 he formed Rainmaker Coaching to bring his particular brand of coaching, people and business development to the UK. He interviewed and modelled around 25 of the UK's Top  Business Rainmakers to find their secrets and ensure the knowledge can be shared with others. He individually selects each of the coaches that work for Rainmaker Coaching .He ensures that they all maintain the high standards the client’s demand of them.

Chris is a highly successful and experienced consultant.
He's  worked with a number of blue chip companies, local authorities and other public sector organisations
 including BAE Systems, BVT Surface Fleet, AgustaWestland and Network Rail and Costain.

He specializes in leading individuals and project teams through change using a holistic approach that recognizes the critical balance between project process and human behaviours. Particular areas of interest include; the skills and values of a successful project manager, creating project objectives from an unbounded vision/scope and the skills, attitudes and behaviours required to produce decision based project reviews.



Elwyn Hopkin: 

Internal Consultancy and IT Consulting Skills trainer

Elwyn has over 25 years experience in the IT industry with Hewlett-Packard the majority of which has been in the support and services sector.
He was promoted to Director of Software Services for the UK and then to a pan-European role leading an EMEA consulting practice.

Elwyn has a tried and tested track record in developing new businesses and implementing change, an area he specialises in. He believes that motivating teams and individuals to achieve their best
and exceeding customers’ expectations are vital to ongoing business success. He particularly enjoys interacting on a one to one or team level, to help clarify the vision and produce the desired results quickly by tightly linking plans, tactics and team objectives, communicating clearly and involving customers as appropriate.

Elwyn is married with a grown up son and enjoys walking, rugby and looking at the humorous side of life.


Mark Hobson: Thames Valley & London Based
  IT services specialist , Sales Process Mentor

Mark is an experienced sales manager with over 25 years working in the IT industry both in the UK and across EMEA.  He has held sales and sales management roles at Hewlett Packard and Andersen Consulting building on his expertise in selling ERP systems, and management roles across EMEA at Unisys and Openwave Systems.  At the latter he was responsible for changing the way sales teams engage with customers becoming far more strategic.  He also founded a marketing consultancy which he grew to a healthy team of 18 before exiting. 

His specialisation is in developing successful methods, culture change and processes for sales and services organisations, where he has an analytical approach to identifying success factors coupled with a pragmatic and personal style for the management and delivery of change.
